The Holding manufactures cylindrical and spherical cells for aircraft, automobile tanks, tanks for fire extinguishing gas and other tanks for compressed gas, metal and reinforced.

Cells for aircraft - cylindrical and spherical

Designed for storage of liquids, compressed gases and extinguishing compositions for different systems (of life support, fire extinguishment) of aircraft. Volume of 2 to 25 liters.

Cells are made two-layer - sealed steel shell of corrosion-resistant steel, glass-fiber reinforced.

Cells are shatterproof when shooting by projectile with caliber of 23 mm at a distance of 25 m. The cells are designed for operation in all-climatic conditions.

Cells for fire extinguishing gas

Intended for high-pressure storage and water outlet and aqueous solutions outlet, carbon dioxide, sulfur hexafluoride, nitrogen, argon, and mixtures thereof, as well as halocarbons and their environmentally safe substitutes. Structurally, the cell is a sealed metal liner reinforced with glass fiber braid. At the top head is a threaded neck for connecting of operating devices of fire extinguishing systems. Material of liner is structural alloyed steel with a tensile strength of 120 ± 10 kgf/mm2 and a yield strength of at least 90 kgf/mm2. Reinforcing material for braiding is fiberglass impregnated with a binder based on epoxy resins. Breaking strength of the reinforcing material is not less than 140 kgf/mm2. The inner surface of the cells has a coating that protect the metal liner of corrosion attack of fueled environments. The outer surface of the cell has a system of paint coating. Cells with a working pressure of 5.8 MPa (60 kgf/cm2) are made without braiding. Cells with a working pressure of 7.8 MPa (80 kgf/cm2.) and 14.7 MPa (150 kgf/cm2) made only of metal and plastic versions.

Each cell undergoes hydraulic tests and tests for air.

Metallic and reinforced cells of high-pressure

Intended for high-pressure storage and water outlet and aqueous solutions outlet, carbon dioxide, sulfur hexafluoride, nitrogen, argon, and mixtures thereof, as well as halocarbons and their environmentally safe substitutes. Cells are used in various fire-extinguishing systems. The cells can also be used in different systems of multiple use as reusable containers for transporting and high-pressure storage of air and other low-hazard substances.

Structurally, the cells are made metal or reinforced by fiberglass braiding on the cylindrical part.

Liner material is structural alloy steel.

Reinforcinf material for braiding is fiberglass impregnated with a binder based on epoxy resins. The inner surface of the cell has a coating that protect the metal of the liner from the corrosive effects of filled media. The outer surface of the cell has a system of paint coating.

Cells for compressed gases

In cells can be used the following media: nitrogen, air, oxygen, medical oxygen, xenon, carbon dioxide.

Cells are made double-layer (sealed steel shell of corrosion-resistant steel 07H16N6, cylindrical part is braided by fiberglass).

Specified time in service - 13 years

Warranty period - 7 years from date of manufacture

Cells are not subject of repair and periodic inspection, maintenance chek is not provided.

Cells are delivered to the consumer without isolation valve.

Automobile tanks

Designed for use as fuel tanks for automobile transport running on compressed natural gas.

The cells are installed in the baggage compartments of passenger cars in the designated areas of trucks and buses, excluding the direct impact of solar radiation and atmospheric precipitation.

Structurally, the tank is a sealed liner from structural alloy steel with a tensile strength of 120 ± 10 kgf/mm2.

Liner is reinforced with glass fiber braid with breaking strength of not less than 140 kgf/mm2 impregnated with a binder based on epoxy resins.

The inner and outer surface of the tank is protected by the coating belonging to a group of very persistent coatings according to the four-point rating system of chemical resistance of polymer materials which provide reliable tank protection against corrosion attack within a fixed period of operation.

For the manufacture of tanks are used materials and technologies developed and applied in the aviation industry, which provides with safety factor not less than 2.6, higher strength characteristics and reliability of tanks in service.
